Pricing questions
What counts as a page?
One page of the PDF you convert. A 6-page statement uses 6 pages. For CSV files, every 50 rows count as one page.
Do I need an account for the free plan?
No. You can convert up to 3 pages per day without signing up. An account is needed to buy a pack or subscribe, so that your pages are tied to you.
Do pack pages expire?
No. Pages in a one-time pack never expire. Monthly plan pages renew every billing period and do not roll over.
In which order are pages used?
Free daily pages first, then your monthly plan allowance, then pack pages (oldest pack first). A conversion is never split in a way that charges you for pages you did not use.
Am I charged twice if I export the same statement in another format?
No. Re-exporting the same file within 24 hours is free, so you can download QBO, Excel and CSV from one conversion.
Who handles payment?
Payments are handled by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record and issues receipts and handles sales tax and VAT. You can cancel a subscription from the billing portal on your dashboard at any time.
