Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with the converter. Try the free plan first: it has the same quality and formats as the paid plans, just with a daily page limit.

Page packs

If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the pack if you have used fewer than 10 of its pages. If a statement from a major bank did not convert correctly and we cannot fix it, we will refund the pack regardless of use within the same 14 days.

Subscriptions (Pro and Business)

  • Cancel any time from the billing portal on your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period and will not be charged again.
  • If you write to us within 14 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 25 pages, we will refund that first payment.
  • We do not provide prorated refunds for later months, but you can cancel before the next renewal date. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, write to us within 7 days and we will review it.

How to ask

Email from the address you used at checkout and tell us what went wrong. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Polar, and usually appear in 5-10 business days. When a pack is refunded, its remaining pages are removed.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
