Terms of Service

1. The service

Statement2QBO converts bank and credit card statements from PDF or CSV into files such as QBO, OFX, QFX, QIF, CSV, Excel and Xero CSV. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Check the output

Statements vary widely, and conversion is automatic. We show a balance check (opening balance plus transactions equals closing balance) and an editable preview, but you are responsible for reviewing the converted data before importing it into accounting software or relying on it. The service is provided as is, without a warranty that every statement will convert correctly. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service only for statements you are entitled to process. Do not abuse it, attempt to bypass page limits, resell access, scrape it at scale, or probe it for vulnerabilities. Because conversion runs in your browser, page limits are a part of the commercial agreement, and we may block accounts or networks that circumvent them.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the security of your account. You can delete your account by contacting us.

5. Plans, pages and billing

  • The free plan allows a limited number of pages per day, as shown on the pricing page.
  • A page pack is a one-time purchase. Its pages do not expire.
  • Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions with a page allowance that renews each billing period. Unused monthly pages do not roll over.
  • Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • We may change prices for future billing periods with notice.

7. Intellectual property and third-party names

The site and software belong to us. You own your statements and the files you export. QuickBooks, Xero, Quicken, Tally and other names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

8. Availability and changes

We may change or discontinue features, and the service may be unavailable from time to time. We will try to give notice for material changes to paid plans.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
